As the International Junior World Football Championships inch closer to the June 27 debut at Fawcett Stadium, USA Football Executive Director Scott Hallenbeck wants to make one thing clear.
''This is not an all-star game,'' Hallenbeck told the Pro Football Hall of Fame Luncheon Club Monday morning at Tozzi's on 12th (formerly known as the Four Winds Restaurant).
''This isn't another Under Armor game, another U.S. Army All-American Bowl game. This is a world championship. You get crowned a world champion. This is Olympic-like [and] it has never been done before in football.
